We are pleased you have found our web page and hope you
will choose us for your accommodations while visiting beautiful
San Diego. San Diego SuCasa is for the
traveler or business person who doesn't want the "typical"
hotel atmosphere. Two charming units are located in the
historical neighborhood of University Heights. Located
at the entrance to the Adams Avenue Antique Row, you will
find within walking distance many restaurants, coffee houses,
pubs, antique shops, boutiques and Trolley Barn Park.

San
Diego SuCasa is centrally located and only 5 minutes
from the world famous San Diego Zoo, Balboa Parks‚ many
museums and attractions and the trendy, electic neighborhood
of Hillcrest. The best beaches are 10 min away. The exciting
Gas lamp Quarter, Petco Park, Sea World, and San Diego's
Old Town are only 15 min. away. Walk, ride bikes, jump on
a bus at the corner and explore what makes San Diego your
exciting vacation destination!
Accommodations
Located on a pleasant, quiet, quaint, residential
property (1930's
style), the upstairs apartment has one bedroom with a queen
bed and a pullout couch in the living area. Sleeps 2-4 people.
The kitchen is small, but has a full size refrig, stove,
microwave, coffee maker, toaster and the basic pots, pans,
dishes and utensils. The unit has a flat screen TV with basic
cable and high speed internet connection. There is no phone
line or A/C, but ceiling fans in the living room and bedroom
will keep you refreshed.
Below the apartment is
our studio room. Though small, this comfortable room beats
spending the money on a dingy hotel/motel room! There is
a queen bed and small bath with a shower. The room also
has a small refrig, coffee maker and TV with basic cable.
This room is PERFECT if you are traveling solo and just
need the basic necessities. Traveling with another couple
and want privacy at night? or need the space for other
family members? The studio
room is the extra
space you need. Sleeps 1-2 people.
There is one on-site parking space and there
is a laundromat just a few blocks away. Your unit will be
tidied up on a daily basis. Trash taken out and bed made.
Rentals extending over 7 days will have the sheets changed
once a week. Towels changed as needed.

These prices
are based on double occupancy. An extra person over the age
of twelve years old is $10.00 per night in additional to
the stated rate.
We accept USD, money orders and **Visa/MC. A 50% deposit is required for all
reservations.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Once reservations are made and deposit payment received,
any changes to arrival or departure time dates will be subject
to availability.
If canceling between more than 60-45 days prior to arrival,
75% of deposit will be refunded.
If canceling 45-30 days prior to arrival, 50% is refunded.
If canceling 30-21 days prior to arrival, 25% is refunded.
There is no refund of deposit 21 or less days prior to arrival.

** There is an additional 6% bank charge to the total on
all credit purchases. Your charge will be processed thru
our Mexican bank and the charge will appear on your statement
in the current USD/peso exchange.
